Ingredients

Recipe

  • 2 cup(s) Blanched almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup(s) Golden Flaxmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon(s) coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Apple cider vinegar

Paleo Bread Directions

  1. Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor.
  2. Pulse ingredients together.
  3. Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar.
  4. Transfer batter to a coconut oiled bread pan.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  6. Cool in the pan for 2 hours before serving.
  7. Note: Use a bread pan size that allows a decent size slice of bread when finished baking. Google the phrase “7.5 x 3.5 Parrish Magic Line Medium Loaf Pan”. This size works perfectly for above recipe.
  8. Storage: Wrap bread in a paper towel and then seal it in a Ziploc bag; stored this way it can keep for several days refrigerated.
