My concentration is focused on educating the entire family on the importance of a nutrient
dense whole food diet. For this session, no intakes forms are necessary. I will come to your
home and assess your eating habits as a family and make recommendations on how to make
healthful changes geared at switching to a whole food diet…….let’s get you off the processed
carbs and sugar and on to nutrient dense whole foods!
