"Kitchen Sink" GranolaFeatured

I have a huge variety of nuts and seeds so I decided to combine the best of three different recipes and make my own version. This can be made grain free also by removing the oats. This would also make it more like a trail mix and a great travel snack.

  • 3 cup(s) Gluten free oats
  • 1 cup(s) Rough chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup(s) Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup(s) Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup(s) Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup(s) Raisins
  • 1/4 cup(s) Rough chopped dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup(s) Unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup(s) Honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Shredded fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup(s) Chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup(s) Melted coconut oil

"Kitchen Sink" Granola Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together
  2. Mix melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and fresh ginger in a separate bowl.
  3. Combine both mixtures.
  4. Spread thinly on two cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 1 hour on 250F.
