- 1 cup(s) raw cashew pieces
- 1 cup(s) coconut water (enough to cover)
- 1 teaspoon(s) raw honey or grade B maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Sweet Nut Cream Directions
- Soak nuts overnight. Drain and rinse. Place into a high-speed blender and cover with water or coconut water, so that the nuts are just covered with liquid. Blend into a very smooth velvety cream. You should not see any grainy pieces. If you do, you may need to add more liquid.
Serve right away or keep in the fridge. Cream will thicken in the fridge. If it’s too thick, add more liquid and blend again.
