- 1/2 cup(s) Fruits (banana, berries, mango, peaches, kiwi, etc.)
- 1/4 cup(s) Vegetables (spinach, kale, avocado, cooked pumpkin, etc.)
- 1/2 cup(s) Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon(s) Coconut Butter (optional)
- 1 dash(es) Turmeric, cinnamon, vanilla extract (optional)
MCT Bomb Smoothie Directions
- 1 - Put all the ingreditents in a blender, starting with the smaller amount of coconut milk.
- 2 - Blend until smooth. Add more coconut milk if your smoothie is too thick to get the desired consistency (or try coconut water if you don't want your smoothie to be too rich)
- 3 - Blend again to make your smoothie homogenous.
- 4 - Enjoy!
