Cucumber Radish Salad

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 1 whole large cucumber, sliced
  • 6 whole radishes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch(es) sea salt

Cucumber Radish Salad Directions

  1. Combine the cucumber, radishes, onion, parsley, and mint in a bowl.  Make the dressing by whisking together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and sea salt.  Coat the vegetables in the dressing and enjoy!
