Soak 2.5 cups of raw organic almonds for 24-48 hours
Rinse twice daily with filtered water
Rinse and drain one final time
Put almonds in Vitamix or high powered blender
Add 3 cups of filtered water
Blend at high speed until thoroughly blended
Pour through cheese cloth to remove pulp (carefully squeeze out all liquid)
Rinse out blender, put almond milk back in
Add 2-3 dates
Blend at high speed until thoroughly blended
Pour into glass jar and refigerate
Yield: approximately 2 cups
Fresh for 3-5 days
