Gluten/Grain Free Flaxseed Bread

This bread has a nice nutty flavor and is loaded with healthy fats. There is a sugar free option if you prefer also. I make this in large batches with full sized loaves and mini loaves to give as gifts.

- 5 part(s) Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 5 tablespoon(s) Coconut, olive or flax oil
- 1/2 cup(s) raw, organic honey or 3 packets of stevia for sugar free
- 1 tablespoon(s) Baking powder
- 2 cup(s) Ground flaxseed
- 2 cup(s) Ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
Gluten/Grain Free Flaxseed Bread Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet. Mix well.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. (will take longer with honey since the batter will be more liquid, will depend on your oven).
- Top with nut butter and honey or organic butter if desired.
Options: - Spoon into muffin pans or mini loaf pans.
- Sprinkle sunflower seed on the top prior to baking for some extra crunch.
- Add canned pumpkin or cocoa powder for different flavor variations.
