  • 3 cup(s) Raw Oats
  • 1 cup(s) chocolate plant based protein powder
  • 1/2 cup(s) sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup(s) raw cocoa nibs
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped almonds, walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup(s) coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 cup(s) almond or sunflower seed butter
  • 1/4 cup(s) coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract

Chocolate Protein Squares Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Grease a13x9 inch baking dish.Combine oats, protein powder, sunflower seeds, coconut, chocolate chips, almonds, sugar and cinnamon, mix well.
  2. In a small saucepan over low hear, melt almond butter and coconut oil. Add to dry ingredients. Add almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Pour batter into the baking disch and press it down evenly with wet hands. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Cut bars into your desired size and transfer them to a greased cookie sheet. Bake for another 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  5. 6) Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. Serve immediately or transfer to a rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight contrainer for a week or freeze for a few months.
