  • 1/2 cup(s) sprouted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup(s) shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup(s) blanched almond meal
  • 2 cup(s) slivered almonds (best sprouted before slivering)

  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup(s) melted virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) grade B maple syrup (or less)
  • 2 droppers stevia extract (if replacing maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract

Chocolate Granola Cereal Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325*. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl with a fork. Use a small bowl for all the wet ingredients. Stir and add to dry ingredients. Mix all together thoroughly with a fork.
  3. Spread mixture evenly on parchment paper. Bake for 20 min then pull it out and gently turn it with a nonstick spatula, then bake for 5 more minutes.
  4. Allow the granola cool in the pan, which allows it to get crunchy. Break it all up as you remove it from the parchment paper and store in an airtight container. Enjoy with your favorite type of milk.
