  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup(s) Montery or jack cheese
  • 3/4 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup(s) ham, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Ham and Cheese Cups Directions

  1. Beat the eggs, then mix in heavy cream and melted butter.
  2. Stir in ham, salt, pepper, and shredded Montery or jack cheese.
  3. Pour into 6 sprayed muffin tins or ramekins, and cook at 400 ° F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until knife inserted into middle comes out clean.
