  • 3/4 cup(s) almond flour
  • 5 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) stevia (optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder

Almond Muffins Directions

  1. Stir the dry ingredients together
  2. Gradually whisk the eggs in then pour the melted butter
  3. Divide batter into 6 muffin holders
  4. Bake for 12-17 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit, or until the tops are golden brown
  5. Cool on a wire rack at room temparature
