Devilled Cauliflower

  • 1 whole Large head of cauliflower
  • 1 whole freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup(s) Creme fraiche or soured cream
  • 2 cup(s) Grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Onion salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
  • 2 whole Eggs

Devilled Cauliflower Directions

  1. Wash, trim and cut cauliflower into florets. Steam for 8 – 10 mins, florets should still be crunchy.
  2. Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients in a medium sized bowl, beat well to combine.
  3. Grease a casserole dish with a little oil or butter and spread out cooked cauliflower to cover bottom. Pour over sauce and toss to combine.
  4. Roast on the middle shelf for 45 minutes. The top should be golden, so turn down the temperature if it appears to be cooking too fast.
