- 2 zucchini
- 3/4 cup(s) raw tahini paste
- 2 tablespoon(s) nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup(s) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
Bean-Free Hummus Directions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Dip celery, red peppers and cucumbers in the hummus for a great snack or appetizer.
