  • 2 zucchini
  • 3/4 cup(s) raw tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoon(s) nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup(s) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt

Bean-Free Hummus Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Dip celery, red peppers and cucumbers in the hummus for a great snack or appetizer.
