- 1/2 cup(s) chia seeds
- 2 cup(s) unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup(s) chopped fruit or berries, more or less
- 2 Piece(s) oranges
- 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened coconut flakes, more or less
- 1 teaspoon(s) teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch(es) cardamom, to taste
- 1 pinch(es) stevia or small amount of raw, unfiltered honey, to taste
- 1 scoop(s) protein powder, optional
- 1 scoop(s) Green superfoods powder, optional
Coconut Chia Pudding Directions
- Squeeze the oranges. Place the chia seeds, orange juice, coconut milk, vanilla and cardamom in a glass container with lid. Tighten the lid and shake well to thoroughly combine.
- Place in refrigerator and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
- In morning, add in the coconut flakes, fruit and any of the optional ingredients you desire.
- Stir and enjoy. If mixture is too thick in morning, add more coconut milk.
