Recipe

  • 10 tbsp roasted chicory root
  • 1/2 cup(s) roasted dandelion root
  • 2 tbsp burdock dried root
  • 3/4 cup(s) honeybush (Rooibos) tea
  • 2 tbsp marshmallow dried root
  • 2 tbsp maca powder

Healthy Herbal Coffee Directions

  1. Steep all ingredients together in a pot of hot water (4 to 6 cups) for 20 minutes and strain. You may use these herbs again to make multiple batches until they are “spent.”
  2. If too strong add more water. Add unsweetened nut milk and stevia or honey if you wish.
