Migraine Headaches

Migraine is a complex condition with a wide variety of symptoms. For many people the main feature is a painful headache. Other symptoms include disturbed vision, sensitivity to light, sound and smells, feeling sick and vomiting. Migraines can be very frightening and may result in you having to lie still for several hours.

The symptoms will vary from person to person and individuals may have different symptoms during different attacks. Your attacks may differ in length and frequency. Migraines usually last from 4 to 72 hours and most people are free from symptoms between attacks. Migraines can have an enormous impact on your work, family and social lives.

Nutritional Therapy attmepts to "unpeel the layers of the onion" to find the cause of dysfunction rather than treating the symptom.

Joint Pain

Dysfunction in the body is not normal, rather the norm in America and the pharmaceutical companies are all too happy to capitalize on that fact. Modern medicine and medication is typically a band-aid for a symptom rather than a cure. Joint pain is just another consequence of poor foundational healty and a lot can be done by improving health foundationally.

While in NTP school I was experiencing  tendonitis in my ankle which was making it painful for me to mountain bike and cycle, hence enjoy my life. I learned about a supplement protocol including proteolytic enzymes, MSN, condroitin and glucosamine which I applied. Prior to this I was taking NASIDS which did not help. After being on the protocol for 3 weeks I was able to ride again and within 6 weeks I was 90% healed. This was after suffering and being off my bike for months. I'm a believer in this protocol which is loosely listed in the handout but be sure to contact me for details.
